2011 Race Instructions

Race HQ:

Ironbridge Runner, 15 Bartholomew Street, Exeter, EX4 3ET
THIS WILL BE OPEN FROM 8AM - PLEASE NOTE IT IS 0.75 MILE FROM HQ TO THE START SO PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO WALK / JOG TO THE START
A member of the IBR Events people will lead people down to the start at from the HQ at 9.10am - Runners are free to make their own way down to the start also.

Race Car Park:

Mary Archers Multi Storey Car Park - Next door to HQ

Toilets:

Unfortunately please be warned toilets are limited, there will be a toilet available at the Race HQ, along with the public toilets in the City Centre and there is public toilets by the start line

Per Race - EA Licence Holder £8.00, Unattached £10.00
Series - EA Licence Holder £20.00, Unattached £25.00

Race Numbers:

Race Numbers will be available for collection at the Race HQ from 8.00am
Numbers issued should be used for the whole series, so please don't forget or lose them!

Showers/Changing/Baggage:

Unfortunately showers and changing are not available, runners can leave baggage at the Race HQ only entirely at their own risk - this will be locked during the race.

Prizes:

Prizes will only be awarded for the series overall (i.e. for people who do all 3 events) - First 3 overall male & female, First veteran male & female in each cat, *Only one prize per competitor.

The 5km will essentially be 2 laps of race loop and the 10km will be 4 laps
