This popular half marathon gives runners an exciting challenge for the autumn, taking in Exeter City Centre and the university, as well as the beautiful country lane through Stoke Woods. We are delighted to anounce that Exeter's Great West Run 2017 will move to Exeter Arena, giving runners a fantastic stadium finish.

KEY DIVERSION ROUTES:

To City from Crediton:
1) Direct access along A377 and diverted into St Andrews Road before Cowley Bridge then left into Station Road.

2) HGV’s follow diversion signs to A30 and into Exeter along Alphington Road - Alphington Street - Exe Bridges - Fore Street

To City from Tiverton:
Access Exeter via diversion along Church Hill - Pinhoe Road - Hill Barton Road - Middlemore Roundabout and into City via Heavitree or Rydon Lane and Topsham Road.
To Central and St Davids Train Station:

Central Station - access via Exe Bridges (from Western Way south bound, Alphington St or Cowick St) - Fore street - Mary Arches street - Paul Street - Queen Street.

St Davids station- Direct access along Bonhay Road or via Station Road from Exwick

To Hospital:
Access via Heavitree Road from Middlemoor round abound or Bridge Road onto Topsham Road into Barrack Road

To Cathedral:
Only restriction High Street closed until 9:45am (approx)

To Quay:
Access via Western Way or Haven Road from Alphington
