TRAINING SCHEDULES

Richard Brady is a full time Coach, specialising in endurance sports.
He is based at Kelly College, in Tavistock, Devon, where he is the
Head Triathlon Coach.
He is also a member of the www.votwo.co.uk
coaching staff, where he coaches clubs and individuals. He studied
at the University of Bath and has worked for UK Athletics and British
Triathlon within their World Class Programmes.
He has devised 4 16 week programmes, starting on 9th January 2006,
taking you up to the big day on 30th April 2006.
Beginner – no running experienced required. This programme will
get you from start to finish.
Intermediate – for somebody that has done some running but not
much and will get you from start to finish.
Advanced – for the runners who want to push themselves a little.
Should bring you home in between 1hr 45mins and 2hrs.
Sub 1:30 – The title says it all. For those wanting to break
the barrier. A challenging programme for the experienced runner.
