The Great West Run "WARM UP" Race Series

All new run series ideally suited for people who are taking part in the GWR
Multi lap course using flat traffic free footpaths around flowerpots playing fields and the flood relief scheme in Exeter

REFUND, TRANSFER AND DEFERAL POLICY:

REFUNDS
Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds under any circumstances

TRANSFERS
We are able to transfer numbers over to another person, this will only be done with the following:
1. A letter from the original runner saying they are happy to pass their place across
2. A completed entry form from the new runner
3. A £5.00 admin fee for transferring the entry

We are unable to defer entries over to 2010

CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY

PAPER ENTRIES: The cashing of a cheque will act as confirmation that an entry has been received and a place has been allocated. We will NOT write to entrants to confirm their entry. A race pack will be sent approximately 10 days before the race, which will contain everything needed for the day.

ONLINE ENTRIES: An automatic email will be generated confirming an entry has been succesful. A race pack will be sent approximately 10 days before the race, which will contain everything needed for the day.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE "AM I REGISTERED?" SECTION LINKED TO THE ONLINE ENTRY SYSTEM CURRENTLY ONLY SHOWS RUNNERS WHO HAVE ENTERED ONLINE AND NOT RUNNERS WHO HAVE ENTERED VIA A PAPER ENTRY FORM
